that the time frames above are estimates only, therefore email us if you want your item sent immediately and we will try our best. Please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order. Orders are processed all through the week, depending on how busy we are, however this might change during festive seasons. Nevertheless we will try our best to process your order the very next business day.
Tracking your Order
An automated email will be send to your email with all the tracking information once its send, which includes all the tracking details. You can use this information to track your order via the Australia Post.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy
Please note: All items purchased in the sale section are FINAL SALE. No returns for incorrect size or change of mind.
We strive to give you the best experience possible and hope you are happy with your purchase from KAPDA, however there might be times when your expectations are not fully met due to one or many reasons. Please go through our guidelines which will give you full details of how and when cancellations are and not applicable.
In order to receive your credit you must meet the following conditions:
Change of mind
- The item must be received back within 14 days, provided all goods are unworn and in their original packaging and have original swing tags attached
- No make-up or fake tan marks
- No strong scent, perfume or deodorant
- Dry wash indicated for all our products
Faulty Items
- A refund or exchange will be provided for an item proven to be damaged or faulty.
- The item must be received back within 14 days.
We inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense. Postage will be paid by the customer.
Please keep your proof of purchase- e.g., your receipt.
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, and can take upto 10 working days to process
- Postage and freight charges are non-refundable for change of mind and refunds for online orders only cover the amount paid for the purchased item/s.
- Feel free to exchange any item in store within 14 days, along with proof of purchase
- Unfortunately, KAPDA gift vouchers cannot be returned, refunded or redeemed for cash.
- However, Items purchased with a gift voucher cane be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- If you have been sent a wrong item, please contact us and arrange for a return. We will investigate and a member from our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch with you.
